My ipod classic 80 GB dropped frm my hand and the screen has gone white. The machine works perfectly but the screen remains white ( plays songs, videos, no prob in switchin on off ) , Tried all the resetting methods but it doesnt work, i think there is some prob with the screen only. what should i do, should i take it to apple store ? Will they repare or replace or try to help even?

Answer by WarNexus If not, I suggest taking it to the Apple store and saying that it just started acting up. It could work. I dropped my iPhone and jammed the lock button so all it’d do is turn off and on, and I took it to Apple and said that the button stuck and I didn’t know what happened. He said it looked like it had been dropped, but since I didn’t say I dropped it he replaced it with a new one. I doubt this would work every time, but it’s definitely worth a shot! Good luck!
