You may have just locked up the firmware. if this happens it’s like a computer that’s frozen unlike a laptop pr desktop you just can’t turn it off. Zune and other common MP3 players never really turn off they more just go into standby. You can wait for the battery to run out ” it would be a while ” of you can try and remove the battery, wait a few seconds and reconnect it. you may also want to look up pad combos I think center+down held for a few second is manual restart.

Zune 30GB?
Does anyone have the Zune 30GB music, video player? If so, do you like it? Any problems with it? Just bought one and am curious.
I have the 30gb also, and love it despite the couple problems that come up. The previous version of the Zune software had a bug where it would put a duplicate of a song if it didn't have the meta data (artist name, track #, etc) filled in correctly.
