Amazon Has Ordered Color Kindle Tablets, Expected Before Holidays

I’m hoping it’s well before the holidays – Amazon has completely dismissed the idea of product release schedules, but it has been almost exactly two years since the Kindle DX was introduced. I’m hoping it’s going to be a June release for this device. That would take advantage of the fact that during the summer is when people are most likely to be reading outside, and reading outside is the biggest feature that is going to distinguish the new Kindle from the rest of the pack.
