Jeans are one of the few fashionable items that never seem to go out of style. While skinny jeans were popular in 2010, 2011 is going to also be about comfort, as both men and women also opt for baggier styles often made with patchwork-style decorations.

Last spring welcomed the re-introduction of hot pants and shorts as well as lacey clothing and knee high socks. This year, the casual, hippy-chick style is back and it is all about accessorising. Men should be wearing fedora hats matched with simple accessories such as belts or watches, while for women, accessorising is limitless with rows of dangly bracelets, long necklaces and chunky earrings. Scarves are still a great way to brighten up any outfit in 2011. Men’s clothing is casual this year with printed t-shirts attracting a lot of attention along with baggy jeans and combat trousers.
